Terms of Service

SparkHue is owned and operated by SparkHue Multipurpose Pvt. Ltd. (“SparkHue”, “we”, “us”) — an independent company registered under the Government of Nepal (Registration No. 352550/81/82, PAN 621218338), founded in 2024 by Chandan Karna and based in Kathmandu, Nepal.

By accessing or using SparkHue (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You must be legally able to enter into contracts to use SparkHue for business.

You agree not to use SparkHue to sell illegal goods or services, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, or engage in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.

We may suspend or terminate stores that violate these terms or harm other users.

You retain ownership of the content, products and data you add to your store. You grant SparkHue the limited rights needed to host and display your store and operate the Service.

You are responsible for your products, pricing, fulfillment, customer service and compliance with applicable laws and taxes.

Paid plans and any marketplace commissions are billed as described on our Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

We work to keep SparkHue highly available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and occasional downtime may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparkHue Multipurpose Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

SparkHue — including the SparkHue name, logo, software and platform — is the intellectual property of SparkHue Multipurpose Pvt. Ltd. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service to operate your store while your account is in good standing.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer or white-label the platform without our prior written permission. You retain full ownership of your own brand, content and products.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
